Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 T breadcrumbs
1 T Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp ground pepper
8 ounces ground turkey
1 large egg white
3 T ketchup; divided

Directions
1. Saute onion
2. Combine onion through egg in large bowl, add half ketchup
3. Spoon into individual muffin cups; top with remaining ketchup
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
